Service and care are our top priorities

Clarke Opticians is an independent practice based in Cheylesmore on the south side of Coventry, UK. Up to date, yet small and friendly!

Service and care are our top priorities - from your first friendly contact with Bec, Janet and Pat at reception, right through tea or coffee, eye test and fitting of spectacles or contact lenses. We aim to treat each patient as an individual, each person's eye sight as important.

We have one of the largest selections of frames in Coventry, and aim to keep our prices very competitive. Our practice has air conditioning to offer even better facilities for our patients, and we have invested in new eye testing equipment.

Our optometrist, Mathew Clarke, has over 27 years experience in eye testing, fitting spectacles and all types of contact lenses.

We have a special interest in Dyslexia, as Mathew the optometrist and his son are dyslexic. We have been testing dyslexics for several years now and providing coloured overlays if these are of help, and with the purchase of an intuitive colorimeter, we can now prescribe specific coloured lenses.
